Established in 2015, RR4 Catering has helped create ​dining experiences that allow guests to gather, eat ​and share. We work with our clients to create ​custom gatherings that truly reflect the flavor, ​ambiance and overall vibe they're seeking. From ​dinner parties for 20, to events for 100, we relish in ​making gatherings memorable, meaningful and, most of all, delicious.

Parties

Weather it's an intimate gathering for friends, or a momentous occasion with all the ​works, RR4 helps create an event to remember. We start by connecting with our clients ​and discussing not just the menu, but also the personal stories and sentiments behind ​the occasion, so that we can make it extra special.

Cl​asses

We love nothing more than to share our love of cooking with others. That's ​why we created live and on-line cooking classes for groups up to 10. We set a ​theme and menu, then guide guests through simple steps to preparing an ​amazing meal, all in the comfort of their own home. Our favorite offering -- ​For Butter Or For Worse -- gives soon-to-be newlyweds and their guests a fun ​and flavorful demonstration on how to prepare a great, home-cooked meal. ​Our ultimate goal... to inspire a lifetime love of cooking together in the kitchen.

Sometimes, the most "wonderful times of the year" can be the most stressful. ​RR4 wants to take the stress out of the holidays and ensure you, your family ​and friends gather, eat and share. Each year, we offer ready-to-serve sides for ​the Thanksgiving, as well as pre-made appetizers for holiday parties. Whether ​it's a family get-together, Friendsgiving or holiday soiree, RR4 has got you ​covered. So relax.

Asian Inspired Housewarming


Egg Drop Soup Shooters with Crispy Wontons:

A lite, slightly lemony broth-base soup, served in mini cups for sipping. A perfect, warm start.


Bao Bar

Fluffy, slightly sticky bao buns, perfect for packing with Asian pulled pork, spicy tofu and rice-wine vinegar slaw.


Tofu Skewers

Tender tofu, marinated in a slightly spicy, sesame soy sauce, skewered with cool, pickled cucumbers and topped ​with shaved carrots and cilantro.


Thai Chicken Lettuce Cups

Ground chicken, sautéed in sesame-lime sauce, served on crispy and fresh endive and topped with touch of ​wasabi cream.


Vegetable Spring Rolls with Dipping Sauce

Thinly sliced carrots, cucumbers, red pepper, cilantro and rice noodles, wrapped in rice paper, served with Thai ​peanut or spicy soy tip.


Lemon Curd Cheesecake Cups

A sweet and zippy ending. Creamy cheesecake, piped into mini philo cups and topped with lemon curd and ​whipped cream.
